— Beginner & Chair Yoga, Yoga Therapy

Kim first began her journey with yoga in 2008 while living overseas in Japan. She fell in love with how yoga can bring peace and balance to the mind and continued to learn as she practiced yoga to help her through two pregnancies. In 2012 her love of yoga turned into a passion to help bring what she felt to others. She started her yoga teacher training in September of 2012 and now has her 200 RYT yoga certification. Kim has completed training with the YogaFit for Warriors program, bringing yoga to those who need it most. She hopes to make yoga more accessible to our military troops and bring them an alternative pathway to healing.

Kim’s teaching style includes a vinyasa flow and Hatha style focusing on body and breath awareness as well as alignment. She strives for her students to completely trust in their bodies and the mind body healing connection that yoga can bring.

“Jump into your life today. Be authentically you. Don’t waste any time by being anyone else’s version of you. Wear purple, write a song, dance in the moonlight, whip up your favorite meal. Make the most of every day. Do what brings you joy. The rest will follow.” –Ramdesh Kaur
