—Personal Trainer

Jason began the journey into fitness during his senior year of High school. As one of the little fast guys on the soccer team, he wanted to gain some weight. After utilizing the weight room, he quickly realized that he really enjoyed weight training. This interest ignited the passion. Years later while in the U.S. Air Force, it was common for people to ask Jason questions about everything from what to do in the gym, out of the gym and everywhere in between. Little did he know that this was a training ground for later in life. His passion launched him into the professional field as a Personal Trainer acquiring multiple certifications as well as, a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Currently, working on the thesis for a Master’s of Science in Exercise Physiology, he has found that life is good at getting in the way sometimes 🙂

“ There are a lot more of us with injuries than not,” he says. Jason has educated himself in such a way to help others find ways around their limitations. Through all of this , Jason developed the ability that equips him to push people past where they think they can go, without causing additional injury or reinjury.

Jason strongly believes that helping people change their lives for the better is what his calling on the earth is to do. He didn’t know it was going to be through personal fitness training, but is so very glad it is. “ I love what I do and I love the people I have met along the way. I am looking forward to the people I have yet to meet. “

If Jason has a Fitness philosophy it is: Work Smart, Work hard and remember that life is short and is meant to be enjoyed. Balance work with play and you’ll reach your goals in a much faster and happier way.

Fitness Interests: HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training), Sprint Tris, Power lifting, Hiking, Biking, Kayaking, SUPing, Beach Volley Ball.

Certifications: National Strength & Conditional Association(NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer( CPT). NSCA, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist ( CSCS ).  United States Weight Lifting ( USAW ) Level 1 coach.
